ORDER ISSUE?
We have built this place from the ground up all by ourselves so to say we take feedback seriously is an understatement. It is quite frankly EMBARRASSING when something goes wrong and it ends up affecting our patrons.
If we made a mistake we want to own up to it and stop it from happening again. Maybe a team member needs some extra training. Maybe one of our procedures needs fine tuning. Maybe we didn't meet the expectations we and you have of us.
