Accessibility at Stella Coffee

We want everyone to be able to order coffee from us, on the website and in the cafés. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on stellacoffeela.com, and we treat that standard as the bar for anything new we publish.

Where we are

We completed an accessibility review of the site on September 4, 2026. It covered automated testing plus manual keyboard-only and screen-reader testing. Remediation is under way, and we are working through the findings in order of how much they get in a customer's way. We will update this page as items are fixed and after each future review.

Known limitations

Some things you can do from our site are run by other companies on their own platforms, and we do not control their code:

Online food ordering and the loyalty program are provided by TapMango.
Coffee subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
Gift cards are sold through Square.

We have asked each of those companies for their accessibility conformance information and we will publish what we learn here. In the meantime, if any of those flows does not work for you, call us and we will take your order, set up your subscription, or sell you a gift card over the phone. Telling us about a barrier

If something on this site or in one of our cafés stops you, tell us and we will fix it or find you another way through. Email hello@stellacoffeela.com with the subject line "Accessibility", or call either café at the numbers above. Please say what page or task you were on and what happened. A person replies within two business days. If you need any information from this site in another format, ask and we will send it to you.

Our cafés

Both locations have a step-free entrance, an accessible restroom, accessible seating, and accessible parking. Service animals are welcome.
